How long will it take to recieve my order? TOP
Normal ship time is within 10 business days unless otherwise noted. We strive to deliver all products in a timely manner.
What if I don't have a PayPal account? TOP
You don't need a PayPal account! The shopping cart will link you to PayPal. Once there you will see on the left side of your computer screen the question: Don't have a PayPal account? Just click continue and this will allow you to use a credit card.
What if I have a special request? TOP
We always strive to meet our customers needs. We have several embroidery designs available . If you have a special request for a product please contact us via email or at 520-247-3433. Chances are we can accommodate your request.
What if I have a company logo I want to have embroidered on an item? TOP

How should I select the monogram thread color? TOP
Many People select the color that matches something in the product being embroidered. Others choose a contrasting color that will compliment the item. If you would like a color not offered on our website, please contact us at 520-247-3433.
Do you Monogram customer supplied items? TOP
Yes! Our charge for a standard monogram or name is $10.00. For Larger sizes, slogans or stock embroidery designs, quotes are available based on stitch count.
Is your site Secure? TOP
Yes! We are a secure server. You will see a secure lock button on the order information page. We handle your information very carefully and your privacy is maintained.
